Beijing's sub-center will introduce another international cooperative cultural tourism project, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan, to create an Italian cultural experience and innovation complex that combines speed and passion. At the same time, two projects, Le Dynamic Sports Park and the Flying to Pegasus Tent Camp, have been successfully signed.
Recently, the Beijing sub-center cultural tourism zone investment promotion conference, themed "Boundless Cultural Tourism, Choosing a New Leader," was successfully held, proposing the creation of a world-class tourism resort.
The cultural tourism zone is the core carrier of Beijing's sub-center, with a total area of approximately 12 square kilometers. At this conference, a batch of high-quality cultural tourism resources and sub-center projects were signed, including:
A project that combines speed and passion, an Italian cultural experience and innovation complex.
A Le Dynamic Sports Park integrating basketball, fencing, badminton, and other activities.
And a Flying to Pegasus tent camp located on the banks of the Empress Xiao's River.
Italian Cultural Experience and Innovation Complex
IIF S.R.L. from Italy and its Chinese partner, Beijing Tianyuan Law Firm, signed an agreement on-site.
With the continuous transformation and upgrading of the cultural tourism zone's industrial development, Beijing Sub-center The cultural tourism zone introduces another international cooperative cultural tourism project with an estimated total investment of 5 billion yuan, to create an Italian cultural experience and innovation complex.
Creating a Flying to Pegasus tent camp located on the banks of the Empress Xiao's River. According to the project manager, the Flying to Pegasus tent camp project uses the Empress Xiao's River as its backdrop, creating a happy micro-vacation destination in the Jingdong area for tourists.
The project is positioned for refined camping for families and friends, covering luxury campsites, leisure picnics, forest cinemas, and non-powered amusement parks. Its luxury campsites provide tourists with a comfortable and relaxing quality accommodation experience; leisure picnics and forest cinemas provide tourists with an intuitive feeling of closeness to nature; and the non-powered amusement park allows children to release their nature and explore fun in a natural environment.
In the future, on the banks of the Empress Xiao's River, the camp and amusement park will complement each other, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere.
Le Dynamic Sports Park Project
The Le Dynamic Sports Park project mainly focuses on serving the local population, bringing together multi-functional sports lawns, basketball, fencing, badminton, and other sports activities, as well as creative elements such as container markets. It integrates sports and fitness, citizen leisure, neighborhood exchanges, and cultural tourism, achieving a fusion of sports and leisure, forming a harmonious and composite vibrant space.
"Wanli" Entertainment and Commercial Complex

"Wanli" Entertainment and Commercial Complex has reached cooperation agreements with well-known brands such as Anta, Sanke Film and Television, and Xinghuatang. The "Wanli" project, with a total scale of nearly 500,000 square meters, will become the largest outlet commercial complex in North China.
Liu Hexuan, chairman of Huanhui Real Estate Company, introduced that the "Wanli" project is divided into three business types, including the outlet mall, or "well town" commercial section, with a total area of 200,000 square meters. In addition, there is a five-star Nolan Hotel and a characteristic town incorporating the night economy and the concept of domestic first stores, creating a new consumption scene integrating culture, business, tourism, and accommodation.

Long-term Planning Phase Results
The long-term planning phase results of the cultural tourism zone focus on the 12-square-kilometer area, aiming to create a world-class tourism resort that brings tourists endless new and exciting experiences.
Content Construction:
5 core entertainment business types: amusement parks, performances, sports, leisure, and sightseeing;
4 supporting functions: catering, hotels, shopping, and transportation;
3 types of general leisure business types: parent-child integrated blocks, life integrated blocks, and trendy integrated blocks.
It will use diverse entertainment areas as its core, covering multiple customer groups, bringing rich full-time cultural and tourism experiences, and creating an integrated cultural tourism and commercial ecosystem.
Expected completion time: 2030, with an annual regional passenger flow of around 40 million.
Cultural Tourism Zone Empress Xiao's River Water System Waterfront Industry
Planning and Implementation Plan
The Beijing sub-center cultural tourism zone will utilize the internal flood diversion channel of the Empress Xiao's River and the Nan Dagou water system to build dams and wharves, promoting waterway navigation in phases and simultaneously developing night tours, campsites, and light shows along the waterfront.
