At the conference, 10 key cultural tourism projects in Foshan's five districts were collectively signed, with a total contract value of 13.02 billion yuan. Among them, the Foshan Happy Cave Astronomy and Tourism project is located in Xihe Village, Feiyngyan, Lubao Town, Sanshui District, with a total investment of 2.8 billion yuan. Based on the repair and reuse of historical abandoned mines, it mainly constructs core scenic areas such as a 10,000-meter cave drift, a cave water world, and an ice and snow cave. The project will be constructed in two phases, with the first phase having a total investment of approximately 850 million yuan.
The Foshan West Cultural Tourism Belt "West River Gallery, Wenchuang Baini" project has a total investment of 120 million yuan and will create characteristic cultural tourism landmarks in Baini Town, such as the West River Park water area waterfront leisure resort area, AR warehouse, three-lane village riverside performance bar, three-lane village "West River Children's Love" theater, Baini pot museum, Baini Wenchuang Museum, and Wenchuang product exhibition hall, to promote the development of whole-region tourism in Baini Town.
The Yingxiang Lingyunshan Mountain Amusement Park project is located in the Lingyunshan Yingxiang section of Gaoming. The first phase plans to build several popular check-in points, including cloud drifting, sky road racing, deer wild fairy tale, mountain climbing magic carpet, observation deck, and sky ladder garden.

On the afternoon of November 22, the Beijing sub-center cultural tourism area held an investment promotion meeting themed "Unbounded Cultural Tourism, Choosing New Leadership." IIF S.R.L. from Italy and Beijing Tiyuan Law Firm signed an agreement on-site. The cultural tourism area is about to introduce another international cooperative cultural tourism project, with an estimated total investment of 5 billion yuan, to create an Italian cultural experience and innovative integrated project that combines speed and passion.
At the event, the Le Dynamic Sports Park and the Flying to Pegasus Tent Camp project were also successfully signed, and the "Wanli" entertainment and commercial complex reached cooperation agreements with well-known brands such as Anta, Sanke Film and Photography, and Xinghuatang.
According to the project leader, the Flying to Pegasus Tent Camp project uses the Xiao Taohou River as its backdrop to create a happy micro-vacation destination in Jingdong for tourists. The project is positioned for refined camping for families and friends, covering various business formats such as luxury campsites, leisure picnics, forest cinemas, and non-powered amusement parks.
The Le Dynamic Sports Park project brings together various sports formats such as multi-functional sports lawns, basketball, fencing, and badminton, as well as creative elements such as container markets. It will build a smart living circle that integrates sports and fitness, citizen leisure, neighborhood interaction, and cultural tourism.
At the meeting, Beijing sub-center also released for the first time the phased achievements of the cultural tourism area's long-term plan and the planning and implementation plan for the Xiao Taohou River water system along the cultural tourism area. The phased achievements of the cultural tourism area's long-term plan focus on the 12-square-kilometer area of the cultural tourism area, aiming to create a world-class tourism resort that brings endless novel experiences to tourists. On November 19, the city's Culture and Tourism Group and Guangxi Zhongjiao Group reached a cooperation intention on the investment and construction of the Fangchenggang Marine Science and Technology Tourism Comprehensive Project and signed a project cooperation framework agreement.
It is understood that the Fangchenggang Marine Science and Technology Tourism Comprehensive Project has a total investment of 200 million yuan and plans to build two cultural tourism and research bases: the Jiangshan Peninsula and the Wanhe Huashi Jinhuacha Town. Among them, the Wanhe Cultural Tourism and Research Base project features the display of the history and culture of decommissioned warships, and will construct facilities such as a decommissioned destroyer display and experience area, a coastal park, a marine science museum, and a marine scientific research experimental platform. After completion, the project will become the only cultural tourism and research brand in the northern Qin-Fang coastal cities that integrates decommissioned warships, patriotism, national defense education, and marine scientific research. It will fill the gap in the city's cultural tourism and research market and enrich the city's tourism industry.

It is understood that the total investment of the Lushan City Science and Technology Tourism Project is estimated to be 100 million yuan, with an initial investment of 20 million yuan mainly focused on the unmanned aerial vehicle and virtual simulation experience projects for science and technology tourism. This project combines the development of Lushan cultural tourism scenarios, cultural tourism product experiences, and scenic area operation management application scenarios to create core competitive science and technology tourism products such as unmanned aerial vehicle related equipment, long-distance photoelectric equipment, high-definition visual equipment, virtual simulation experience devices, intelligent sensing terminal products, monitoring equipment, and wearable devices. After the project is operational, it is expected to attract 500,000 tourists annually and achieve annual revenue of 100 million yuan.
The total investment of the Lushan City "City Smart Core" construction and operation project is estimated to be 100 million yuan, covering an area of approximately 5-10 mu. This project plans to build a future technology experience hall, an AI research and learning education base, a computing power and data center, an AI research and development center, a city and industrial service center, and an intelligent manufacturing industry incubation center. After the project is operational, it is expected to achieve annual revenue of 30 million yuan.

On November 25, at the November project signing ceremony held in Yizheng City, the Zaolinwan Tourist Resort Colorful Flower Field project was successfully signed.
It is understood that the total investment of the Colorful Flower Field project is approximately 101 million yuan. The project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase will cover approximately 300 mu and will mainly focus on the planting of colorful dry rice and rapeseed, as well as the construction of a product display center, sales center, warehousing center, research center, and wedding photography base. The second phase plans to cultivate 1000-2000 mu of rice fields. After completion, the project will become a comprehensive agricultural and tourism integration project integrating a demonstration base for sightseeing agricultural economic models, a parent-child research and learning practice base, and a wedding photography base.
