Recently, the Beijing sub-center 1201 block Apex Park project, undertaken by the Construction Department, has officially entered the construction phase.

The Beijing sub-center 1201 block Apex Park project is located between the Wan Sheng West Station and Wan Sheng East Station of Metro Line 7, adjacent to Universal Studios on the east side. The total construction area is approximately 72,900 square meters, with a ground construction area of 37,500 square meters and an underground construction area of approximately 35,400 square meters.

The project is positioned to create an international IP-themed FEC indoor parent-child amusement park, including five IP theme parks (Mattel, Haier, Wobei, Peppa Pig, Hasbro), a theme hotel, a commercial street, and a business center. Upon completion, it will bring a new entertainment experience and leisure enjoyment to the general public and tourists, injecting new vitality into the high-quality development of the sub-center.

This project has a total of 634 anti-floating anchor rods. To ensure the smooth construction of the first anchor rod, the project department developed a detailed construction plan, overcame many unfavorable factors such as the lag of soil protection and lowering, and organized the handover of the working face in sections; the selection, positioning, drilling, and grouting of the anchor rods were repeatedly demonstrated; the quality of raw materials and construction processes were strictly controlled to ensure the orderly progress of the construction.

Currently, with the successful completion of the first anchor rod, the project team is making every effort to sprint towards the completion of the tower crane foundation and all anchor rods except the horse road before the Spring Festival. At the same time, it is actively promoting the investigation, procurement, and confirmation of various professional subcontracts, laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of various project targets in 2025.
