It is understood that the Nanping Wansuehui project has been included in the "Zhuhai City 2024 Key Project Plan". Preparatory work will be carried out this year, with a total investment of 130 million yuan.

According to the latest official news, the Nanping Wansuehui project has commenced construction and is scheduled to be accepted and put into use before the end of June 2025.

Zhuhai's first indoor ice and snow theme park

Nanping Wansuehui is located in Nanping Town, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, south of Zhuhai Avenue and north of Nanping Reservoir. Its advantageous geographical location makes it a comprehensive indoor venue combining snow play and skiing.

It is understood that the project covers an area of 30,691.98 square meters, with a total construction area of 19,140.4 square meters. It plans to construct a two-story building with 222 parking spaces.

Red Flag Sugar Factory

It is understood that the Red Flag Sugar Factory renovation project covers a total area of approximately 58,800 square meters and has a total of 31 buildings. The project will be carried out in two phases. Phase one is planned to be fully opened and operational by New Year's Day next year, and phase two is planned to start at the end of this year and make substantial progress next year.

As a highlight project of phase one—buildings 50 and 55—it is expected to be completed and opened to the public before this year's air show.

Jinhu Park Children's Playground

On September 24, the Provincial Investment Project Online Approval and Supervision Platform released the registration information for the "New Construction Project of Jinhu Park Children's Playground." According to the registration information, the project is located south of the Jinhu Park B area parking lot on Jinwan Road, Jinwan District, with a total investment of 16 million yuan.

It is planned to cover an area of 5,111 square meters, and the main construction content includes powered and non-powered facilities and equipment, totaling 16 amusement projects, and various building facilities totaling more than 1,800 square meters. The construction period of the project is from October 1, 2024 to February 1, 2025. This means that the Jinhu Park Children's Playground is expected to be put into use around February next year.

Haiquan Bay Phase II Project

According to Zhuhai Special Zone Daily on May 23, Zhuhai Haiquan Bay is currently undergoing careful planning and design, and is gradually developing its Phase II tourism project.

This year's Jinwan District government work report also mentioned "accelerating the construction of the Haiquan Bay Phase II project."

It is understood that the Haiquan Bay Phase II project covers a total area of 1.68 million square meters.
