On January 3, Dongguan held a cultural, tourism, and sports industry investment promotion conference, with on-site signed projects totaling over 11 billion yuan. A series of financial support policies were announced, planning to allocate 20 billion yuan in cultural tourism credit funds.
The projects signed at this investment promotion conference cover multiple fields such as creative design, digital culture, integrated cultural tourism, modern sports, and low-altitude economy, with a total signed amount exceeding 11 billion yuan, including Mingguan Oasis Theme Park, Humen Historical and Cultural Tourism Zone First Phase, Shipai Tangwei Ancient Village Cultural Tourism Complex, Songshan Lake Overseas Chinese Town Happy Coast, and other projects.
The Mingguan Oasis Theme Park project is located on the west side of Tongsha Ecological Park in Dongcheng Subdistrict, Dongguan City, with a planned area of approximately 480 mu and a total investment of about 4 billion yuan. It will build a cultural, commercial, and tourism complex comprising four major sections: Outlet Shopping Park, renowned game IP theme park, cultural and art creative park, and a double-luxury star hotel area. It will gather over 600 global brands of luxury goods, watches, cars, and precious metals, and introduce multiple well-known IP theme parks to create an international, high-end, and distinctive cultural tourism consumption theme park.
The Songshan Lake OCT Happy Coast project is located in Songshan Lake Park, Dongguan City, covering an area of approximately 83 mu with a construction area of about 80,000 square meters. The total investment is approximately 600 million yuan, consisting of commercial blocks, hotels, and office buildings. It integrates with open spaces like Yuehe Lake Park, bringing together residential services, dining, shopping, hotels, culture, sports, and entertainment industries. Combined with surrounding scenic spots and local culture, it aims to create distinctive cultural tourism commerce, developing a unique waterfront commercial street that combines business negotiations, high-end dining, and leisure entertainment.

On the afternoon of January 8, the People's Government of Fengze District, Quanzhou City, and the Philippine Andrew Group held a signing ceremony for a high-end hotel project.

The town is located in the Mayangxi Ecological Tourism Zone, at the heart of Xiamen, Zhangzhou, and Quanzhou, situated on 3081 mu of pristine mountain forests. It is understood that the project is located in Gongjia Village, Huaikou Street, Jintang County, with a total estimated investment of 160 million yuan. The project includes, but is not limited to, forest mountain torrent rafting, glass slides, water lifting and storage pools, visitor centers, parking areas, recreation areas, water parks, and visitor waiting areas. The Apex Park project in the Beijing sub-center's 1201 block is located east of Universal Studios, with a total construction area of approximately 72,900 square meters, a ground construction area of 37,500 square meters, and an underground construction area of approximately 35,400 square meters. The project is positioned to create an international IP-themed FEC indoor parent-child amusement park, including five IP-themed parks (Mattel, Haier, Wobei, Peppa Pig, Hasbro), a themed hotel, a commercial street, and a business center. It is understood that the Huangmei (Yangtze River) Cultural Tourism Resort project covers an area of over 4,700 mu (approximately 313 hectares) with a total investment of 1.6 billion yuan. On January 5, the Three Kingdoms cultural tourism project, Junsan Zhugecheng Phase 1, located in the Junsan New Town of the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, officially opened.
It is introduced that Junsan Zhugecheng has a total land area of 1,190 mu and will be constructed in phases. The plan uses time as the axis and the important nodes of Zhuge Liang's life as elements to construct a central landscape sculpture belt and a planned group of antique buildings. As the project's starting area, Junsan Zhugecheng Phase 1 has completed the construction of buildings such as the Zhuge Liang statue, Wuhou Pool, and Ying Shui Pavilion, as well as team-building and party centers and banquet centers.
In the second quarter of this year, Zhugecheng will simultaneously launch Phase 2 and Phase 3 projects, constructing a waterfront commercial street, a visitor center, and a resort hotel, creating a comprehensive theme park and new tourism landmark integrating folk culture, tourism, leisure, entertainment, specialty dining, and interactive experiences. National Spatial Planning for Dahua Mountain Town, Pinggu District, Beijing Municipality, Approved
Proposes the creation of a Peach Blossom Culture, Ecological, and Health-Care Town
On January 8, it was learned from the Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission that the "National Spatial Planning for Dahua Mountain Town, Pinggu District, Beijing Municipality (2020-2035)" has recently been approved. Dahua Mountain Town is the origin of Pinggu peaches, and the plan proposes to develop the town into a peach blossom culture, ecological, and health-care town with integrated agricultural, cultural, and tourism development.
It is understood that Dahua Mountain Town is located in the northwest of Pinggu District, with a total area of approximately 96.77 square kilometers, including 20 villages, and existing peach planting area of 35,000 mu. The plan proposes to construct a whole-region spatial structure of "one core, two wings, two axes, one ring, eight ditches, and four areas." The "four areas" are the northern and southern ecological protection areas, the central agricultural production area, and the leisure and recreation area.
In terms of industry, Dahua Mountain Town will develop the "peach +" industry and promote the integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, as well as agriculture, culture, and tourism. Specific measures include integrating ecological and tourism resources, developing peach blossom cultural tourism, forest health tourism, and other leisure tourism industries, and creating an important tourism node in the northern mountainous area of Pinggu.
