Experiential Media Art Amusement Park

Arte Kids Park opened in Jeju Island in April 2024. It is an experiential media art playground created by ARTE MUSEUM for families with children. As of now, it has received over 6 million visitors worldwide.

Arte Kids Park takes "Joyful Nature" as its theme. Through artistic processing and superposition, and the combination of digital technology with amusement facilities such as slides, swings, trampolines, and air trampolines, different themed game spaces are formed, creating a dreamy and imaginative playground for children.

The site covers an area of approximately 4600 square meters, with a total of 16 amusement squares, 3 media experience spaces, and an art exhibition space for adult viewing.

Media Experience Amusement Space

(1) Beach: The boundless blue sky transitions into a pink beach, the sound of the waves enters your ears, and then the waves gently lap the shore. As time passes, the sea surface also changes. Using images to create a beach scene, the sand on the ground allows children to play with sand, excavate dinosaur fossils, achieving a sense of tactile reality. The surrounding natural sounds immerse children in this dreamy beach without a doubt.

(2) Instant Sketchbook: This is a scene of a lotus pond, a huge lotus forest, changing day and night, stretching over a ball pit. Children playing here will also become part of the scene.

As children play with the ocean balls, the image will also change. Insects will occasionally appear on the screen. Children can throw ocean balls at the wall to interact with the insects. They can also draw small animals themselves, which are directly generated on the screen, forming their own creative stories.

(3) Colorful Garden: We can only appreciate the artworks of Van Gogh and Picasso statically in exhibition halls. However, in Arte Kids Park, with the help of technology, children can interact and play within the artistic canvas.

Children can use their bodies to touch and discover the changes in the content of the canvas, becoming a part of the creation themselves. By touching the screen with their bodies and props, they can make the image flow in space and enjoy a unique artistic gaming experience.

Main Amusement Squares

Slide: This is a huge game space, with the walls covered by natural images. It features 16 different game contents, starting an exploration and adventure game activity.

Slide Mountain Fishing Catcher A large slide area with a "giant hill," sliding from the top of the "mountain" into the "sea," experiencing the adventurous atmosphere of nature.

Glacier fishing amusement area, experiencing the fun of ice fishing.

Jumping Dome: Jumping amusement area, where you can jump on a giant hill and enjoy art while jumping on the constantly changing air dome.

Racing Go-Karts: Have a go-kart race on the undulating slopes of the colorful sand dunes. As time goes by, the sand dunes unfold and change in different ways. Children can claim their own "chariot" and travel through the desert.

Sky Trampoline: A trampoline space above the clouds. During the jump, you can see different color changes in the clouds, and random small animals and natural elements bouncing towards you.

Oasis: In addition to the children's play space, there is also a healing space for parents to relax. Lie on the seat, look up at the ceiling screen, and enjoy the natural scenery. Sometimes you can see the starry sky, sometimes a drizzle, and the accompaniment of birdsong, enjoying your exclusive rest time.

In addition to the amusement section, Arte Kids Park also provides children with an art laboratory space, with courses suitable for children aged 4-13. For example, they can make dopamine-themed clay soap, create a key chain with their artwork, or use transparent acrylic luminous materials to paint a spaceship. This is a place where children can engage in artistic creation and unleash their imagination.
