To thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and directives on tourism work, implement the relevant work deployments of the National Tourism Development Conference, and promote adherence to the right principles and innovation, improvement in quality and efficiency, and deep integration, the China Amusement Machine and Amusement Park Association will hold the 2025 China Tourism, Leisure and Entertainment Industry Annual Conference in Beijing from March 18-20 。This conference will be themed “ Innovation Leading Industrial Development, Creating a Better Life Through Service ” ”, aiming to stimulate innovation, creativity, and consumer vitality in the tourism, leisure, and entertainment industry, promote the empowerment of economic and social high-quality development by culture and tourism, and better meet the people's needs for a better life.
Dai Bin, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and president of the China Tourism Academy, will attend the conference and deliver a keynote speech.
Guest Introduction:
Dai Bin, member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Head of the Joint Doctoral Supervisor Group, National Excellent Teacher, expert enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, currently serves as President of the China Tourism Academy and Director of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Data Center. A major founder of the Sino-Swiss Hotel Management College, China Tourism Academy, and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Data Center. He has presided over many major national science and technology projects, major national social science projects, and key projects. He has presided over and participated in the research and drafting of national tourism development plans, policies, and laws and regulations since 2008. He has twice received the Ulysses Award from the United Nations World Tourism Organization and has received numerous government commendations and awards at or above the ministerial level. His main research areas include tourism ideology, tourism economy, and tourism policy. He has published more than 20 monographs, textbooks, and collections of essays, and more than 500 papers and professional articles. He is the chief editor of the Tourism Review journal, director of the editorial board of Tourism Management, visiting professor at Toyo University in Japan, and part-time professor at Northeastern University of Finance and Economics and Henan University. He also serves as an advisor to the people's governments of Fujian Province, Tibet Autonomous Region, Shanxi Province, and Qinghai Province.
