Project Implementation: Anlan Lake Resort
Anlan Lake Tourism Resort, a comprehensive mountain and lake resort, is located in Anji, Zhejiang Province, China. Covering a total area of approximately 1.26 million square meters with an investment of 1.68 billion yuan, the project leverages natural resources and ecological environment, centering around five core composite business formats: Fuyung Valley, Daye Hill Camping Park, Resort Hotel, Island of Love, Green City, and Anyu Lake. It creates a tourism complex integrating sightseeing, leisure, cultural commerce, and ecological experiences, offering a variety of functions such as camping, vacationing, rafting, entertainment, socializing, fitness, dining, and business.
Taking customer needs as the primary consideration, Jiakai Intelligent provides Anlan Lake Tourism Resort Fuyung Valley Park with a digital tourism product solution integrating overall planning and design, system development, and operational services. It builds a multi-business operation platform, a visualized big data platform, an electronic ticketing system, and a one-machine tour platform. Through customized system function development, high-precision facial recognition algorithms, and all-day intelligent analysis combined with hardware devices, it creates "China's first" self-service facial recognition system enabling unlimited daily access to the water and land amphibious park for Anlan Lake Tourism Resort Fuyung Valley Park.
Jiakai Smart Scenic Area Multi-Business Operation Integrated Operation Platform
Project Implementation: Wuhan Shengshi International Culture and Sports Center
Wuhan Shengshi International Culture and Sports Center is a comprehensive cultural and sports center integrating entertainment, culture, sports, and leisure. With a total investment of approximately 2.4 billion yuan, it is a key project of the Hengdian Air-Port Industrial Park in Huangpi District.
The project is divided into two plots, A and B. Plot A has a planned building area of 82,400 square meters and a total building area of 170,200 square meters; Plot B has a planned building area of 81,900 square meters and a total building area of 150,700 square meters. The project includes: Library 、 Exhibition Hall 、 Conference Center 、 Cultural Activity Facilities and sports facilities and related supporting projects.
The center not only has various water play facilities to meet the needs of visitors of different ages for water activities, but also provides a large-scale hydrophilic sports hall providing visitors with a good place for sports activities. In addition, there is also a large parking lot with over 1,000 parking spaces, convenient for visitors to drive.
In order to create an integrated smart tourism complex, Jiakai Intelligent and Shengshi International Culture and Sports Center have reached a cooperative agreement. A complete integrated smart tourism informatization solution has been designed to address issues in ticketing, retail, catering, membership, hot spring spa, rentals, and data, allowing visitors to truly enjoy a full-chain service covering pre-trip, in-trip, and post-trip food, accommodation, transportation, travel, shopping, and entertainment.

Project Implementation: Jiangxi Jiubao Gorge Scenic Area
A comprehensive tourism scenic area integrating ecological rafting, accommodation, conferences, research, and experiential tourism.
The scenic area has the titles of "China's No. 1 Parent-Child Rafting" and "World Rafting Holy Land." It has a daily reception capacity of over 10,000 people and features large-scale group dining, catering and hotel leisure, characteristic homestay wooden houses, business conferences, expansion team building, research and study trips, early snow four-season skiing, jungle exploration, track sledding, bouncing cloud parent-child theme park, water park, live-action CS, and bonfire barbecue music square.
Based on the needs of scenic area operation management and visitor services, Jiakai Intelligent provides the scenic area with integrated software and hardware system products and service solutions for various business formats and projects. It builds an all-around "central brain" for ticketing, commerce, catering, hotels, and multi-business operations, cleverly integrating the various complex business formats within the scenic area, truly achieving unified and efficient management of the scenic area for the customer.
