To deeply study, implement, and adhere to the spirit of the "Domestic Tourism Improvement Plan (2023-2025)", promote the cultivation of new cultural tourism scenarios and business forms, develop new productive forces, continuously enrich high-quality cultural tourism supply, stimulate consumption momentum in cultural tourism services, and further advance the innovative and high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry, the China Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (CAAPA) is now launching a "Call for Cases of Cultural Tourism Innovation and High-Quality Development". Selected cases will be announced during the 2025 China Tourism Leisure and Entertainment Industry Annual Conference ., details of which are as follows:

Categories for Collection

"Culture + Tourism" Innovative Integration Cases (Innovative integration cases such as red tourism, culture-business-tourism, agriculture-tourism, culture-sports-tourism, etc.)

Application Requirements:

• The declared project must be operational for more than one year and have no safety accidents within three years;

• The declared project innovatively integrates elements such as culture, tourism, commerce, sports, education, agriculture, and industry (two or more), and its development is sustainable;

• The declared project has good economic benefits and social reputation;

• The applicant has independent intellectual property rights for the declared project and no bad credit record within three years.

Cultural Tourism Technology Innovation Cases (Smart tourism, cultural tourism equipment manufacturing and application, project planning and construction)

Application Requirements:

• The declared project/product has been put into use and has no safety accidents within three years;

• The declared project/product widely uses or integrates technologies such as AI/VR/AR, has high technological content, or has significant innovations in technology, materials, or craftsmanship;

• The declared project/product has wide application scenarios and has achieved good economic benefits;

• The applicant has independent intellectual property rights for the declared project/product and no bad credit record within three years.

Cultural Tourism Project Innovative Development Cases [Theme entertainment projects (theme parks, water parks, indoor parks, theme commercial complexes, etc.), tourist resorts, tourist attractions, etc.]

Application Requirements:

• The declared project must be operational for more than one year and have no safety accidents within three years;

• The declared project has implemented new models and measures, achieved new development, and gained good economic benefits and social influence;

• The applicant has independent intellectual property rights for the declared project and no bad credit record within three years.

Cultural Tourism Service Innovation Cases (Planning, design, brand marketing, etc.)

Application Requirements:

• The declared service is for a completed project;

• The declared service has significant innovation points in terms of cultural value and creativity;

• The declared service has been recognized by the service project owner and has good economic benefits and social influence (the service provider and project owner can jointly apply);

• The applicant has independent intellectual property rights for the declared project and no bad credit record within three years.

County/Rural Cultural Tourism Project Innovation Cases

Application Requirements:

• The declared project must be operational for more than one year and have no safety accidents within three years;

• The declared project relies on county/rural resources for cultural tourism development, and is sustainable in terms of business models and product innovation;

• The declared project has achieved good economic benefits and social influence;

• The applicant has independent intellectual property rights for the declared service and no bad credit record within three years.

Cultural Tourism Social Public Welfare Cases

Application Requirements:

• The declared case is for a completed project;

• The declared case has a good demonstration effect in ecological protection, educational charity, social assistance, etc., and has significant social influence;

• The applicant has independent intellectual property rights for the declared case and no bad credit record within three years.
