According to incomplete statistics from the China Tourism Association (CAAPA), this week (February 9-14), there were 34 key cultural and tourism projects with domestic signings and updates, with the highest signed amount of 2 billion yuan. The signing briefing is as follows:

On the afternoon of February 10, the Huangshan Yunwu Tea Culture Exchange Center project was successfully signed.
It is understood that the project, introduced by Tangkou Town, is located in Shancha Village, Tangkou Town, with an investment of approximately 130 million yuan. The construction content includes Yunwu Workshop, Yunwu Tea Museum, new Chinese tea house, tea culture themed homestay, and ecological tea garden sightseeing base, etc., covering a series of service functions of "food, accommodation, travel, shopping, and entertainment". It will strive to build a comprehensive agricultural and cultural tourism industry complex integrating R&D, production, sales, tasting, and promotion of tea technology extension products.

On February 12, the signing ceremony of the Laoshan Yuque · Luming Qigu project was held in Beizhai Street, Qingdao, Shandong.
With a total investment of 58 million yuan, the Luming Qigu project is committed to creating a rural revitalization project integrating rural culture, creative tourism, parent-child entertainment, rural leisure, and health preservation, and will become a highlight and leading industry in Beizhai Street's rural revitalization.
Tianjin Tuanbo East District 9487 plot Comprehensive Development Signing
Will build a Creative Valley Cultural and Tourism Town
On February 11, Bohai Investment, one of the state-owned asset management platform companies in Tianjin, held a signing ceremony with Tianjin Energy Group and Tianjin Water Group to jointly promote the comprehensive development of a 9487-mu plot in Tuanbo East District.
Located south of Duliu Jianhe River, west of Rongwu Expressway, and east of Guanghe Valley, this plot will be built into a Creative Valley Cultural and Tourism Town with beautiful scenery and a gathering of smart industries. At the same time, it will build a future urban health and wellness community and create a national-level ecological health and wellness resort destination.
Signing of 4 Cultural and Tourism Projects in Deqing County
On February 8, the launching ceremony of Deqing County's "Year of Achieving Common Prosperity and Breakthrough in Major Projects" was held at the "Happy Fish Warehouse" project site in Qianyuan Town, with 15 major agricultural and rural projects signed and implemented. They are mainly divided into three categories: industrial projects, strong village projects, and rural operation and youth rural projects. There are 4 cultural and tourism projects.
Jixing Moganshan Outdoor Experience Base Project in Houwu Village, Moganshan Town The project is planned to be located east of the tourism distribution center in Houwu Village, Moganshan Resort Area, with Li Jicheng as the main person in charge. Led by Hangzhou Xingxin Xiangrong Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. (Polestar Hangzhou flagship store), and jointly invested by Polestar Times Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. (Polestar China's general distributor), with a total investment of approximately 17 million yuan, mainly constructing Polestar Cafe, camping sites, and test driving training grounds. At the same time, it will build two closed mountain rally tracks.
New Town Water Town Land Project Project Located in Songshi Village, Xinzhen Town, it is a cooperation between Songshi Village Stock Economic Cooperative and Huzhou Xiangcun Commercial Management Co., Ltd., adopting a profit-linking model of "fixed income + benefit sharing". The project relies on the ecological resources of Zhuxi Yang and the water town cultural IP, It aims to create a rural commercial complex integrating various water activities and leisure and entertainment, mainly including Langdui Lang G18 Water Park, Taohua Island Farm, and sailing base. Currently, the project has completed and introduced some formats and is open for business. At the same time, it continues to carry out "double recruitment and double introduction" work.
Kangqian Street School-Local-Enterprise Joint Creation Project, Located in Lianhe Village, Kangqian Street, it is jointly established and operated by Lianhe Village, Yushanji Studio, and Zhejiang University Youth Creation Association, adopting a cooperation model of "village collective + strong village company + studio + college students". Phase I of the project will build a camp-style agricultural and cultural tourism project integrating rural leisure, parent-child research, and organic catering. Phase II plans to develop water leisure and entertainment projects. With the operating concept of "Sharing Blessings, Youth Co-creation", the project has currently recruited 11 college student managers and implemented college student entrepreneurial projects such as co-creation laboratory, Pangju Yuntang, and homebar.
Wukang Street Mogan Houhai Floating Park Project, Located in the plot south of the Moganshan exit of Hangzhou Ring Expressway West Second Line, this project is a cooperation between Wukang Street, Hekou Village, and Hangzhou Dalei Construction Group Co., Ltd., Mainly constructing water leisure, lakeside waterfront camp, sightseeing agriculture, and light luxury health and wellness agricultural and cultural tourism integrated projects. Planned to be implemented in two phases, with the first phase planned to start construction in the first quarter. After the project is signed and operated, it is expected to increase collective economic income by about 200,000 yuan per year.

Rural Revitalization Project Signing Ceremony
On the morning of February 12, a signing ceremony for rural revitalization projects in Yicheng Street was held, with a total of 3 projects successfully signed. These include the Yicheng Research Institute's agricultural, cultural, and tourism project and the "Art-based Rural Construction" project to empower rural revitalization.
Yicheng Research Institute's agricultural, cultural, and tourism project with a total investment of approximately 20 million. It will create a Yicheng research institute and a homestay cultural experience center, building a research base bonsai garden, rice paddy coffee, sightseeing tourism, wedding services, catering services, etc. It plans to promote Guqin culture through the creation of popular check-in walls and the revitalization of idle buildings, build an agricultural product display center, create an annual "Qixi" cultural tourism festival, and a characteristic commercial street, allowing rural memories to regain their vitality. It will develop water environment governance and homestay operations, forming an ecological cycle and improving the quality of agricultural economic development. After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to create nearly 100 jobs in the village and surrounding areas, helping to promote the development of the street's agricultural, cultural, and tourism economy.
"Art-based Rural Construction" project to empower rural revitalization This project will use the Huaiyin Village "characteristic rural garden" as a base to attract talent. Through art exhibitions, artist salons, etc., combined with Huaiyin Village's existing art projects and brand activities, original works will be designed for Huaiyin Village each year, or free participation in design and production projects will be offered. The content will reflect and combine the local culture, history, and fixed festival activities of Huaiyin Village. It will deeply excavate, inherit, and innovate traditional rural culture, discovering, exploring, and activating the value of rural culture.

On February 11, China Cultural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd. and Little Yellow Duck Deying Cultural Tourism held a strategic signing ceremony, officially announcing the launch of the Zhongshan Children's Park B.Duck Little Yellow Duck themed project.
It is reported that the Zhongshan Children's Park B.Duck Little Yellow Duck themed upgrade and transformation project covers themed amusement areas, interactive experience halls, parent-child activity areas, and other characteristic sections, aiming to build a comprehensive park for children that integrates entertainment, education, and leisure, fully meeting the diverse needs of families. As the first key project of the two sides' IP development in the Zhongshan Jinzhong Lake area in 2025, and also the first IP-themed municipal park in the Greater Bay Area, it will surely bring a brand-new interactive experience and high-quality entertainment facilities to tourists.

Pinggu Yunxi Mountain Residence Rural Leisure Complex Project Commences Construction
On February 12, a batch of "high-end" key projects in Pinggu District, Beijing, commenced construction. Among the seven projects that started construction, four are industrial projects, two are infrastructure projects, and one is a livelihood project.
Among them, the Taozui Pinggu—Yunxi Mountain Residence Rural Leisure Complex project covers a total land area of 57 mu (approximately 3.8 hectares), with a total construction area of approximately 27,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 300 million yuan. It adopts a "one core, one auxiliary, one specialty" approach, with a boutique homestay cluster as its core, a fun countryside space as an auxiliary, and environmentally friendly visual student education as its specialty. It aims to create a high-quality rural leisure complex integrating quality accommodation, health and wellness family leisure, student training and education, and environmental protection training. Upon completion, the project will provide 160 guest rooms and can handle 100 training and education events annually.

Shanghai Xinbang Time Park Project Commences Construction
On the morning of February 12, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Shanghai Xinbang Time Park project was held.
It is understood that the Shanghai Xinbang Time Park project has a total investment of 99 million yuan and aims to create a comprehensive cultural tourism project integrating boutique hotels, leisure and entertainment, and a rural conference center. The project covers an area of approximately 100 mu (approximately 6.7 hectares), with a construction area of 5,300 square meters and a construction period of 10 months. The project will include 65 guest rooms and complete leisure and entertainment supporting facilities. It is expected to receive 300,000 tourists annually, with an annual revenue of 60 million yuan.
Fucheng to Build Ice and Snow Town, Coastal Park, and Ocean Ranch
Plans to Create the Largest Coastal Ice and Snow World in Southern China
On February 8, it was learned that Han Town is making every effort to promote the construction of four characteristic cultural and tourism projects: an ice and snow town, a geological park, a coastal park, and the Wan'an Ancient City, based on its advantages in natural resources and historical and cultural resources. These projects will be linked to trails such as Tianma Mountain and the Huguo Temple, creating a comprehensive cultural and tourism framework through "point creation, line connection, and surface formation." Among them, the ice and snow town is a key project that Dong Han Town is focusing on this year.
In addition, for the other three characteristic cultural and tourism projects—the main building of the coastal park, the Hilton Garden Inn, is expected to be topped out in the first quarter of this year and enter the decoration phase; the Wan'an Ancient City is currently developing a planning plan; and the geological park is awaiting approval from higher authorities, and professional cultural and tourism companies will be introduced for development and construction in the future.

Relying on the national geographical indication Nansha green crab industry and Longxue's unique wetland landscape of "wetland singing at dusk, admiring the red glow, and viewing egrets in the green and beautiful countryside," combined with port advantages, it will create a "food, accommodation, travel, entertainment, and science and education" seaport pastoral comprehensive tourism experience park integrating aquaculture science popularization, cooking methods, catering and homestays, fishery research and study, egret protection, and sunset viewing, achieving a breakthrough of "zero" for Longxue's integrated development of fishing, culture, and tourism projects.
Shendang Brewing Cultural Tourism Street Project Commences Construction
On February 11, according to the WeChat public account of Haoyan Release, the Brewing Cultural Tourism Street officially commenced construction. After completion, the project will be connected to the Benhu Old Street to form a larger and richer old town cultural tourism street, bringing a more diverse tourism experience to tourists.
It is reported that the Shendang Brewing Cultural Tourism Street project covers an area of about 4800 square meters, with a total construction area of about 3500 square meters. The project will be centered around the old Shendang Farmers' Association site (a cultural relic protection unit of Haoyan County), and two new commercial buildings will be built. Relying on Shendang's Huangjiu culture, celebrity culture, and folk culture, the street aims to create a unique commercial street in Shendang that showcases intangible cultural heritage skills such as Huangjiu and soy sauce brewing. The project is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
1969 Creative Workshop, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province
Officially Opens
On February 12, the 1969 Creative Workshop in Jiangxi Street, Xiwu District, Wuxi City, officially opened. The 1969 Creative Workshop is the largest old factory building renovation project in Wuxi High-tech Zone (Xiwu District), formerly the 160-mu, 100,000-square-meter Southern Stainless Steel Market.
It is reported that the park is planned to be divided into six core areas: cultural and artistic gathering area, sports and fitness gathering area, design aesthetics gathering area, catering and entertainment gathering area, fashion and trendy play gathering area, and creative office gathering area, integrating trendy fashion, creative offices, and commercial catering. It brings together a number of popular buyer shops, home furnishing design companies, sports and fitness venues, Western restaurants and cafes, hot pot bars, etc., creating a multi-dimensional and multi-spatial consumption scene through "scene innovation, business innovation, and service innovation" to meet the consumption needs of the "Z generation".
Yunmeixi Smart Ginkgo Park Opens
On February 12, the Meixi Lake AI "Yunmeixi" Smart Ginkgo Park officially opened.

On the morning of February 9, the Tangyan Public Service Center project in Wenquan Street successfully commenced construction.
It is reported that the Tangyan Public Service Center project is located at the intersection of Qinglong Avenue and Kangyang Road in Tangyan Village, Wenquan New Area, with a land area of 2750 square meters and a total construction area of 1875.88 square meters. The main construction content includes an activity and entertainment hall, bath area, shower area, changing room, and supporting projects.
