2025 CAAPA International Amusement Park Exhibition (International Tourism, Leisure and Entertainment Exhibition) Exhibitor's Warm Reminder

To provide a more convenient and comfortable exhibition experience for everyone, we have carefully compiled this friendly reminder.

The 41st CAAPA Expo - 2025 China (Beijing) International Amusement Rides and Equipment Expo (Beijing International Tourism and Leisure Entertainment Industry Expo) will be held from March 19-21, 2025 at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing. The exhibition will cover approximately 60,000 square meters, with an estimated 600+ exhibitors and 60,000 professional buyers.

The 2025 China Tourism and Leisure Entertainment Industry Annual Conference and other activities (March 18-20) will be held concurrently with the exhibition. The conference will include a main forum, a special conference on amusement industry safety, a forum on the empowerment of cultural, commercial, and tourism integration, a forum on the innovative development of Chinese theme parks, a forum on the experience upgrade of Chinese urban parks, a seminar on the innovative development of "low-altitude + tourism," a forum on the experience upgrade of tourist attractions, a forum on the innovation of parent-child tourism projects, a forum on the innovation of immersive tourism and digital technology in China, a forum on the revitalization of existing tourism resources, a forum on the creators of new tourism scenarios and species, a forum on tourism creative planning, and a forum on the development of new tourism, sports, and leisure industries, helping you to gain insights into the latest tourism trends and grasp market opportunities.

Exhibitor Registration Information

Registration Location: South Entrance Hall, China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall), No. 88, Yuxiang Road, Shunyi District, Beijing

Transportation:

Subway: Line 15, Guozhan Station, exit D southwest, walk straight from Gate 9 to the South Entrance Hall

Taxi: You can choose to take a taxi to China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) Gate 3 get off and walk to the South Entrance Hall Go to the service counter on the east side and collect your credentials with your ID card or business card.

Please keep your exhibitor credentials safe. Please do not let your service provider collect the credentials on your behalf to avoid loss or misuse, causing unnecessary losses. On-site reissue of credentials: ¥10/piece.

For your personal safety, you must wear a safety helmet when entering the exhibition hall during the setup period. Please prepare your own or use the rental/sales services provided by on-site service providers.

It is recommended that exhibitors with standard booths enter the exhibition hall to set up their booths after 12:00 pm on March 18. Arriving earlier may result in the standard booths not being fully set up.

Freight Vehicle Traffic Management during Setup and Dismantling

Due to road maintenance on Jingmi Road, a freight vehicle waiting area cannot be temporarily set up. Please have all freight vehicles enter through Gate 4 of the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall), wait in the area between Gate 4 and Gate 6 on the north side of the exhibition hall, and enter the hall in an orderly manner.

[You can enter the designated waiting area on March 16. The waiting area does not require a freight vehicle pass; however, one is required to enter the unloading area of the exhibition hall]

① Driving routes to the waiting area and exhibition hall during setup and dismantling:

Exit the Sixth Ring Road via Liu Yuan Qiao → Drive to Jingshen Road (Beijing city direction) → Drive to Tiejiangying Road intersection and turn west → Drive to Huosha Road → Drive to Roma roundabout and turn south → Drive to Tianbei Road and turn south → Drive to Anhua Street and turn east → Drive to Yufeng Road → Gate 4.

② Freight vehicle entry into Beijing: Freight vehicles with license plates issued by provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities outside Beijing (including temporary license plates) must comply with the regulations that prohibit entry into roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive) from 0:00 to 6:00 am daily.

Freight Vehicle Entry and Exit Routes

① Entry route: (red) Freight vehicles, with a "Freight Vehicle Pass," will drive from the waiting area to the designated area, following the designated route to enter the exhibition hall for loading and unloading operations.

② Exit route: (black) After loading and unloading operations are completed, freight vehicles will exit the unloading area and leave the exhibition hall according to the designated route. As shown in the figure below:

Freight Vehicle Pass Application

(1) Exhibitors or drivers should go to the "Customer Service Center" in the South Entrance Hall of the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) to apply for a "Freight Vehicle Pass."

(2) The pass will be collected and destroyed by on-site management personnel upon entry to the exhibition hall unloading area.

(3) One pass per vehicle, valid for one time only, and only valid during setup and dismantling.

Passenger Car Entry Permit Application

Warm Reminder

1. During the exhibition, please keep your personal belongings and those of your booth safe to avoid loss;

2. Please prepare the patent certificates for the products shown in your brochures to protect your own patent rights and ensure that you do not infringe on the patent rights of other exhibitors during the exhibition;

3. Please ensure that the volume within your booth does not exceed 70 decibels to create a better negotiation environment;

4. Please ensure that exhibits, tables, chairs, and signage do not extend beyond your booth to avoid encroaching on public areas and walkways;

5. It is strictly prohibited to distribute gifts or promotional materials in walkways or any public areas. Please conduct promotional activities within your own booth;

6. Goods transportation: It is recommended to use the official channels of various logistics or express delivery companies to make reservations or place orders to avoid disputes or losses caused by unauthorized channels;

7. When dismantling the exhibition, after the special booth is dismantled and all garbage is cleaned up, please go to the main venue setup service counter to collect the deposit refund slip scan and upload it to the exhibition hall system to facilitate the timely refund of your setup deposit; if you need to remove exhibits from the exhibition hall, you should handle it at the entrance of your exhibition hall on the day of dismantling (March 21) at 13:30. Exit Pass ；

8. The organizer's service center and investment promotion office are located in Hall E4. You can go there to book booths for the Zhengzhou exhibition in October 2025 and the Beijing exhibition in March 2026.

Security personnel and on-site staff will remind or dissuade any violations during their patrol. To create a good negotiation environment, we appreciate your cooperation with the exhibition staff.
