On March 18, 2025, the China Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (CAAPA) successfully opened the 2025 China Tourism, Leisure and Entertainment Industry Annual Conference in Beijing. This year's annual conference, themed "Innovation Leading Industry Upgrading, Creating Services for a Better Life," featured 14 special forums on safety, theme parks, low-altitude tourism, culture, commerce, tourism, urban parks, and digital technology. The aim was to stimulate innovation and creativity in the tourism, leisure, and entertainment industry, promote the empowerment of economic and social high-quality development through culture and tourism, and better meet the people's needs for a better life.

He pointed out that tourism is a comprehensive industry and an important driving force for economic development. Since the "14th Five-Year Plan," the national tourism industry has shown characteristics such as a continuously expanding market scale, increasingly diversified consumer demand, a clear trend of industrial integration, and the empowerment of tourism development through technological innovation. Next, in accordance with the deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, we must consolidate the current positive momentum of the tourism industry, adhere to cultural empowerment, cultivate new consumer scenarios for culture and tourism, expand market entities, promote the high-quality development of the tourism, leisure, and entertainment industry, and make positive contributions to the construction of a strong tourism country.

It clearly outlines tasks such as "implementing and optimizing the vacation system and releasing the consumption potential of culture, tourism, and sports," placing "significantly boosting consumption" as the top priority among the nine key tasks, emphasizing the deepening of "Culture and Tourism + All Industries" and "All Industries + Culture and Tourism," and striving to cultivate the culture and tourism industry into a pillar industry... This series of policies is accelerating the promotion of tourism's strategic role as a happy industry and a people's livelihood industry in expanding domestic demand, stabilizing the economy, and benefiting people's livelihoods. Under the new circumstances, how cultural and tourism enterprises can face new opportunities and challenges, achieve consumption growth and energy transformation through product innovation, business model upgrades, model transformation, and structural optimization is a question of the times and a practical issue facing every cultural and tourism professional. China Tourism Association Give full play to the association's resource advantages in the supply side of cultural and tourism equipment and cultural creativity, build an international trade and learning exchange platform, and continuously promote Industrial integration, product innovation, and technological empowerment in the tourism, leisure, and entertainment field, focusing on Cultivating new scenarios and new formats for tourism, leisure, and entertainment, boosting the vitality of service consumption, renewing the driving force of economic development, and contributing to the construction of a strong tourism country.

Dai Bin, President of the China Tourism Academy, delivered a keynote speech entitled "High-Level Start, High-End Layout, and High-Quality Development - Outlook and Policy Suggestions for the Tourism Economy in 2025." President Dai pointed out that the high-level start of the Spring Festival tourism in 2025 laid the foundation for the tourism economy to maintain a high level throughout the year. 2025 is a key year to consolidate the tourism economy's entry into a new cycle of prosperous development. Five coordination efforts must be made to improve the tourism development theoretical system that adapts to the times, reconstruct the national tourism development strategy in the new era, and promote the high-quality development of the tourism economy.

The Report analyzes and summarizes the situation of cultural tourism investment and amusement equipment procurement in the first quarter of 2025 and provides relevant suggestions for cultural tourism investment and equipment manufacturing enterprises.
