According to incomplete statistics from the China Tourism Association (CAAPA), this week (April 19-25), there were 216 key cultural and tourism projects with signed contracts and updated progress domestically, with the highest signed contract value reaching 9.162 billion yuan. The signing briefing is as follows:
From April 17 to 19, the 2025 Fujian Provincial Cultural and Tourism Economic Development Conference was held in Nanping. During the conference, three projects, namely Quanzhou Jingshizhoucheng Cultural Tourism Complex project, Jinjiang Ice and Snow Resort Complex, and Quanzhou Anxi Chengdong Commercial Cultural Tourism Comprehensive Development, were signed on-site, with a total investment of 13.662 billion yuan. In addition, Quanzhou also held a special investment promotion conference, signing contracts totaling 1 billion yuan, with a total of 14.662 billion yuan signed.
Quanzhou Jingshizhoucheng Cultural Tourism Complex project, Investment of 9.162 billion yuan. This project is located north of Fenghai Road in Fengze District, with a total land area of 98.6 mu and a total construction area of 252,300 square meters. Taking Quanzhou manufacturing as the main line, it gathers intangible cultural heritage craftsmen and Quanzhou trendy brands leading "one county, one product", taking "Tasting Quanzhou" + "Tasting Maritime Silk Road" as the context, integrating local food culture and "Belt and Road" exotic food, and jointly creating the Quanzhou city brand "Maritime Silk Road display window".
Quanzhou Jinjiang Ice and Snow Resort Complex project Located in Zimao Town, Jinjiang City, Total investment of 4.5 billion yuan. Introducing ice and snow world projects, setting up indoor ski resorts, filling the gap in Fujian's ice and snow industry; supporting theme hotels, cultural tourism commerce, etc. around it, creating new consumption scenarios, cultivating new business districts, and creating a benchmark for Jinjiang's integration of culture, sports, and tourism.
Quanzhou Anxi Chengdong Commercial Cultural Tourism Comprehensive Development project Will construct a tourism culture street, a commercial cultural tourism complex, a cultural park, a star-rated hotel, etc. Among them, the tourism culture street mainly constructs a characteristic tourism street area themed on Anxi Tieguanyin; the commercial tourism culture complex is a high-end urban complex integrating shopping, leisure, entertainment, art, exhibitions, and offices; the cultural park has a 1500㎡ outdoor sports venue; the star-rated hotel mainly constructs facilities and services of star-rated standards, including catering, KTV, leisure and health projects, and room service.
The Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, in conjunction with the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Shishi Municipal People's Government, and the Municipal Cultural Tourism Group, held a Quanzhou (Shishi) special investment promotion conference, and 4 projects, including the Maritime Silk Road Legacy—Shishi Coastal Scenery Sightseeing Car, were signed on-site, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan.

On April 23, Beitun City in Xinjiang's Tenth Division signed two major tourism projects: the Beitun Yuexin Golden Sunflower International Tourism City Construction Project and the Phase Four of the Eurasia International Trade City (Xiangyangli Chang'an Street) Project.
It is understood that the total investment in the Beitun Yuexin Golden Sunflower International Tourism City Construction Project is no less than 1 billion yuan. The commercial area plans projects such as hotel clusters, commercial pedestrian streets, and wedding and performing arts hotels. The residential area plans improved residential communities, guesthouses, and kindergartens. After completion, the project will create 1,000 jobs.
The Eurasia International Trade City Phase Four (Xiangyangli Chang'an Street) project plans a total investment of 200 million yuan. On April 22, the Meidi Flower World Agricultural Tourism Integration Industry Demonstration Base project on the right bank of the Shihe River in Yejian District was signed, aiming to create a comprehensive agricultural tourism integration industry demonstration base integrating flower planting, sightseeing tourism, cultural experience, and leisure and entertainment.
It is understood that the Meidi Flower World Agricultural Tourism Integration Industry Demonstration Base project on the right bank of the Shihe River is located in the Shihe Street area from the Shihe Dam to the West Outer Ring Road, north to Weiming Road, south to the Ningxi Railway Xihe section, west to Yaoye Road, and east to the West Outer Ring Road. The total investment is approximately 120 million yuan, with a fixed asset investment of approximately 100 million yuan, and will be constructed in two phases. The first phase will invest approximately 50 million yuan, mainly constructing various specialized flower gardens and basic supporting facilities such as greenhouses and roads. On April 22nd, according to a message from the Zhangshang Ziyang WeChat public account, Sichuan's first digital cultural tourism complex for grottoes, the Anyue Grottoes Digital Exhibition Center, began its human traffic pressure test. This marks the final stage of debugging for this new cultural landmark, which carries the mission of digital innovation for Sichuan grottoes. It will be unveiled to the public on May 1st.
It is understood that the Anyue Grottoes Digital Exhibition Center project has a total investment of 500 million CNY, located in Shiqiao Street, Anyue County, adjacent to the Anyue Stone Carvings and Yuanjue Cave Scenic Area.
