From May 8th to 9th, the 2025 Water Park Quality Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement Executive Training Class, hosted by the China Amusement Machine and Amusement Park Association (CAAPA), was held at Hangzhou Kaiyuan Senpo Resort. This training class focused on three major goals: "scientific investment, safe operation, and quality improvement and efficiency enhancement." The curriculum covered modules such as industry trends, investment and development, planning and construction, safety management, and operational improvement, aiming to promote the innovation and sustainable development of water parks. Leaders including Yao Jun, President of the China Amusement Machine and Amusement Park Association, and Xu Ping, Secretary-General, attended the training class.

Yao Jun, President of the China Amusement Machine and Amusement Park Association
President Yao Jun's address stated that as an important product of the modern tourism industry, water parks have made positive contributions to enriching high-quality tourism resources and meeting the needs of citizens for a better leisure and entertainment life. Currently, Chinese water parks are undergoing profound changes. With the upgrading of consumer demand, the acceleration of technological innovation, and the intensification of market competition, "strengthening the foundation, revitalizing, and improving quality and efficiency" has become an important issue for high-quality development in the industry, and even more so a core issue related to the survival of enterprises. In the era of mass tourism, tourists' demands for experience, safety, and differentiation are becoming increasingly stringent; under the wave of digitalization, smart operation, green energy saving, and service innovation have become compulsory courses; in the era of multiple media, how to make good use of media platforms, properly handle public opinion, how to innovate marketing methods, and connect with social groups in the context of modernity to shape a brand image with more vitality and market appeal; in addition, water park products are subject to constraints in terms of operating cycle, personnel employment, and natural climate. How to break through in market competition and create a core competitiveness of "what others don't have, and what others have, we have better" is a challenge that every water park manager must face. It is hoped that everyone will take this training class as an opportunity to learn together, make progress together, and work together to transform the training results into actionable plans, inject new impetus into the park, create new value for tourists, and continuously meet the people's needs for a better life.
