National special rectification of mobile large-scale amusement facilities launched

On May 23, the State Administration for Market Regulation held a special meeting on the safety supervision of large-scale amusement facilities, deploying a special campaign to rectify mobile large-scale amusement facilities nationwide.
The special campaign focuses on industrial clusters with concentrated production units and activity venues such as temple fairs with concentrated use units, strengthening supervision and inspection of mobile large-scale amusement facilities, and focusing on investigating and punishing illegal and irregular acts such as producing and using large-scale amusement facilities under the guise of small amusement facilities.
The special campaign will establish a cross-regional information sharing and joint law enforcement mechanism, tracing illegal clues from both the production and use ends, strengthening source governance, and legally investigating and punishing illegal equipment with false parameter markings and deliberate evasion of supervision; it will also open up complaint and reporting channels, and promptly publicize typical illegal cases to enhance warnings and deterrence.
The meeting requires that localities actively promote service-oriented law enforcement, strengthen training on laws, regulations, and policies for production and use units, guide enterprises to operate legally and compliantly, improve quality and safety levels, and ensure the safety of the public's amusement.
