In his address, Yao Jun, President of the China Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, stated that this year is a crucial year for achieving the goals and tasks of the "14th Five-Year Plan." General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the 14th National People's Congress that "we must firmly grasp high-quality development as the primary task and develop new productive forces according to local conditions." This year's government work report also proposed "vigorously promoting the construction of a modernized industrial system and accelerating the development of new productive forces." It emphasized "promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial and supply chains. Recently, the State Council also issued a notice on the "Action Plan to Promote Large-Scale Equipment Renewal and the Trade-in of Consumer Goods," clearly stating that "by 2027, the scale of equipment investment in industry, agriculture, construction, transportation, education, culture and tourism, and medical care will increase by more than 25% compared to 2023" and "promoting the renewal and upgrading of cultural and tourism equipment such as cable cars, amusement equipment, and performing arts equipment." This provides policy guidance and financial support for the modernization and high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry in the new era.

President Yao Jun introduced that the China International Amusement Rides and Equipment Expo, hosted by the China Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, has been successfully held for 39 sessions, building a huge industrial cluster ecosystem and possessing strong endogenous market driving force.
